Mr. Hezi Grossman is the CEO of the company. He has been working for many years as a service engineer for worldwide companies. Mr. Grossman is managing the technical service & support department, which includes high-qualified service personnel.

• Service of different types of machines and systems in the semiconductors manufacturing, material science and packaging technology. Also, companies support with annually maintenance contracts.
• Representation of worldwide known manufacturers and distribution of equipment for the semiconductors manufacturing, packaging technology, research and metrology tools.
